As we are writing now (10.44 am and the time is ticking every second) our dear Madame President, Datin Grace and Distinguished Toastmaster Eleanor is in the middle of disccusion in St Cecelia's Secondary School to discuss of a possibility for a Toastmasters Gavel Club in that school....
