Fruitful Evening

Fruitful because.....

Firstly,we were invited to have a sumptuous dinner before the meeting commenced, courtesy of ACB David Chong

Followed by full occupancy rate because many members turned up, not only that, some of them brought their friends along * kudos for Madame President for inviting her guests Lily(s), CL Chin KH for inviting a long lost old friend Mr. Lim KM which Amy Hiew thinks he's cute o_O and TM Alvin Leong for inviting Mr. Kang to the Club

Look, TM Ling has to sit on the extra chairs by the wall....alone

Then, ACB David Chong presented his second CL speech which had contributed 1 DCP goal to the club, which means we are one step nearer to President Distinguished Club

And, we were honoured to have DTM Eleanor Wong to give us a talk on tackling Impromptu Speech, this is especially useful for TM Charles Chow since he's going to compete in the Division level in the Semi Annual Convention held on 30th March 2008 in Kota Kinabalu. All the best, Charles!

It was a merrier meeting last night because as usual, we have some very keen speakers; namely TM Alvin, TM Chong, TM Charles and Tm Ling, and their speeches were mindblowing, eye opening and certainly informative. I sincerely thanked each and everyone of them for taking the efforts to prepare their speeches and look forward to their next speech, if only i have the will to do so -_- . With new members like that, it's no doubt that the club's standard of presentation and speaking skills is increasing, even DTM Eleanor Wong said we might need to change some of the objectives in the speech manual to suit the ever increasing standard.

Ok, enough said, every one had a fun, enjoyable and educational night ^_^

Oh...there's one more good news but i can't tell you yet....i'll wait until it's official because i don't wanna jinx it away.
